Since the introduction of Chapter 6 of the Companies Act, I have been actively involved in business rescue and corporate restructuring, assisting businesses across a broad range of industries through periods of financial distress and operational change.
As an admitted Attorney and Senior Business Rescue Practitioner, I combine legal expertise with practical restructuring experience to help businesses stabilise operations and implement sustainable recovery strategies.
