Anneke Barnard
Chief Operating Officer | Insolvency & Strategic Advisor
“Bringing clarity, commercial judgement and practical leadership to complex insolvency matters.”
My Philosophy
I believe the best outcomes are achieved when people understand their options and have confidence in the decisions they make. Every appointment presents its own challenges, and no two matters should ever be approached in the same way. Taking the time to understand the commercial realities, stakeholder dynamics and objectives of every engagement allows me to develop practical strategies that are tailored to the circumstances rather than relying on a standard process.
Throughout my career, I have built my practice on being approachable, commercially minded and actively involved in every appointment I undertake. I believe in leading from the front, working alongside clients, creditors and stakeholders from the first discussion through to implementation. By combining commercial judgement with a practical, hands-on approach, I help simplify complex situations, provide clarity where uncertainty exists and guide stakeholders towards informed, confident decisions.
For me, insolvency is about far more than administering an estate. It is about building trust, preserving value where possible and creating the best achievable outcome for all affected stakeholders. I believe in honest conversations, independent thinking and remaining accessible throughout the engagement. My commitment is to deliver practical leadership, sound commercial advice and meaningful results, while never losing sight of the people behind every matter.
